Ealing Council decided to redevelop the existing council offices at Perceval House as part of ambitious plans to transform services and build new genuinely affordable homes in the borough. In 2017 the Council launched a competitive tendering process to select a development partner.
GTP was selected as the Council’s preferred bidder for the scheme in July 2017 and a Development Agreement was entered into in February 2019.
We are proposing brand new council offices fronting Uxbridge Road which will include new customer service facilities and a library. The remainder of the site will be redeveloped to deliver approximately 500 high quality new homes – 50% of which will be affordable – along with new areas of open space.
